Choosing a vending machine provider for a growing office

Hello everyone, I’m reaching out because our office is starting to feel the limits of our current vending setup. Over time the number of employees has increased, and the machines we have now don’t seem to meet everyday demand anymore. During breaks, they’re often busy, and the range of options feels quite limited. We’re also beginning to think about offering more than just snacks, such as hot drinks or better access to water in the same areas. Keeping track of refills and organising maintenance has become a regular task rather than an occasional one. Ideally, we’re looking for something that can scale with the office and work smoothly across different floors. If anyone has been through a similar situation, I’d be interested to hear how you approached it.

We went through something similar when our company expanded, and the main thing was looking at the bigger picture rather than just individual machines. Working with a vending machine provider that offered more than one type of solution made a big difference for us. It helped that the same company could handle snack vending, drinks, coffee machines, and even water systems under one setup. Having maintenance, cleaning, and replenishment managed as part of the service reduced a lot of internal workload. It also made it easier to adapt the offering as usage changed across different areas. Once everything was coordinated through a single provider, the whole setup felt much more streamlined.

This kind of discussion is common as workplaces become larger and more diverse. Vending is no longer just about placing a machine in a corner and refilling it occasionally. Offices now look for flexible setups that can cover snacks, drinks, coffee, and water in one approach. Ongoing service and maintenance play a big role in keeping everything running smoothly. It also helps when solutions can be adjusted as staff numbers or preferences change. In the end, the goal is usually to support daily routines without adding extra complexity.

If your office is looking to add vending machines, you could also consider solar-powered vending machines. Using solar energy not only reduces electricity costs but also supports sustainable and eco-friendly operations. For offices with rooftop space, solar panels can easily power vending machines, making them energy-efficient and independent from the grid. This way, you save on running costs and promote a green initiative at the same time

Hoi daar!
