Hello everyone, I’m reaching out because our office is starting to feel the limits of our current vending setup. Over time the number of employees has increased, and the machines we have now don’t seem to meet everyday demand anymore. During breaks, they’re often busy, and the range of options feels quite limited. We’re also beginning to think about offering more than just snacks, such as hot drinks or better access to water in the same areas. Keeping track of refills and organising maintenance has become a regular task rather than an occasional one. Ideally, we’re looking for something that can scale with the office and work smoothly across different floors. If anyone has been through a similar situation, I’d be interested to hear how you approached it.
