Yoga & Exercise are good to keep a human body stay fit & healthy, physically and mentally both.
Exercise improves muscle tone dramatically. It lowers your body fat. It improves athletic speed and performance.
 
I rarely do Yoga since I would consider myself calm, and optimistic most of the time. I exercise a lot though, it ranges from push ups to pull ups to sit ups. About a month ago, I started doing these exercises daily and have seen an improvement ever since. I struggled doing 10 pushups on the first day, and now, I'm doing 10 pushups easily.
 
I prefer to do Yoga and meditation daily to stay fit. It is also good to improve concentration, immunity and calm your mind.
 
Yeah, yoga and exercise are good for health. Well, along with regular workouts, I also started drinking Premium Matcha Green Tea every morning. It gives me energy and helps with focus during yoga, and supports my metabolism. Staying active and making small healthy choices like this really makes a big difference!
