I prefer to write more blogs,whether on site blog or external blogging. I prefer to go for free wordpress blog (sub domain) instead of article directories or so on. Please suggest me on this..

Yes, you can add your content in free wordpress domain or you can purchase your own domain for blog.
The platform you choose for blogging is good for SEO and having good number of people where they post and read other content.
You need to take care of what you are posting. Your content should be valuable and useful to read.
