Why is jaggery powder better than white sugar?

I used to add white sugar to my tea every morning until my grandmother told me to try jaggery powder instead. She smiled and said, "This is what we used before sugar became popular."

I gave it a try, and the first thing I noticed was the rich, caramel-like taste. But more than that, I felt better—no sudden energy crashes, better digestion, and more energy throughout the day.

Unlike processed white sugar, which has no nutrients, jaggery powder is natural and full of iron, calcium, and magnesium. It helps with digestion, boosts immunity, and is a much healthier choice.

I now use jaggery powder in my tea, desserts, and baking. It’s just as sweet but way better for health. Have you ever tried jaggery powder instead of white sugar?

Switching to jaggery powder has made such a difference for me too. The taste is richer, and I feel more energized without the crashes. It’s packed with nutrients like iron, calcium, and magnesium, unlike white sugar, making it a healthier choice.

I’ve also noticed it’s great for digestion in my morning tea. Little changes like this really improve our health.

By the way, for anyone coordinating across time zones, saudi arabia time now is easy to check with online tools or world clocks. It’s super helpful!

Thanks for sharing this tip—I’ll keep using jaggery!
