Which vegetable is your favorite ?

Leafy and green vegetables are best and my favorite too. Leafy and green vegetables are rich in all kind of proteins and vitamins that is required for good health and fit body. Not to forget, green vegetables helps us to keep our body weight in control. Hence, if you want to live a long and healthy life, make sure that you are including green vegetables in your diet daily. Also, avoid too much junk food and sugary drinks, not good for health.
