Actually you can search online there is lot of tools are available but the best one is "Google webmaster tools" and you can check it by manually by type is google search by " site:yourwebsitename.com" and hit enter then google will so you which URL are indexed or not.

I don't use any tool, I just copy the link and paste in the Google if it is indexed, I can see the URL in the search results. If your link is not indexed you won't be able to see that URL in search results.

Your link is crawled irrespective of whether it is indexed or not.

Other way to check which URL's are indexed is to check your Webmaster tools. You can also check if their is any indexing error.
