Keywords in the URL have almost zero impact on rankings these days, unless you have an exact match domain, like tires.com if you sell tires.
The only impact keywords in the URL might have is on clickthru: People are more likely to click if the URL is easy to read, and appears relevant.
Keywords in the H1 have an impact. So they're clearly more important.
But keywords in the title tag are the most impactful on page ranking factor.
