Which is better: an Android or a Windows phone?

Very interesting question. I have been using Android since HTC Dream (G1) through all the Nexus devices. And I have grown with it. I find it pretty nifty and easy to use.
But USing this i came to this question that How to block incoming Mobile/ phone calls from any number or How to block unwanted calls ?
So after some research i found out how to block calls on an android phone
All smart phones has an option to block incoming call for a known phone number, You can simply go to Recent calls / call history and select option -BLOCK for frequently disturbing calls . This will work out for you, if you are trying to block frequently disturbing or known phone numbers. You can also group such calls into single Contact group and block such group completely.
Other way to buy the software to filter calls,SMS. The application may give you a choice to block the calls in view of numerous courses, as craved by the clients like beginning number, promoters, Overseas calls, and so on...

Which is better: an Android or a Windows phone?

In response to the opening question, the answer really is not that simple since it really depends upon what is one's personal preference. Many put as a priority the access to a variety of apps. Others put a priority on Operating System and the flexibility and to be able to customize. On the other hand many feel Windows is best since it has an easier flow with Office and other Windows Business Software. Others are looking for a very high end virtual assistant such as Cortana, which to many will be a "god send".

Determining which is better, Android or a Windows phone as mentioned has to do with preference and finding a phone that suits your specific needs and what you want out of it. Keep in mind no matter what phone you get there is always going to be something lacking whether it's the screen size, abundance of apps, operating system, intuitiveness, the price point or the ever popular battery life. In addition what may be best now, may not be best tomorrow since technology is always changing and improving.

Both have some limitations and qualities.
We can't compare them cause both using different platform.
Here, Windows is a proprietary OS developed by Microsoft whereas Android is an Open source.
Both have a lot of free to use apps.

Now, It depends upon customer use and views.
If you want phone for playing games and social activities then you should go for Android but isn't mean that Windows phone is not good for playing games.
And If you want to do some official stuff then you must go for Windows phone.
