I need 10Gbs - space and 100Gbs - bandwidth.
The company should provide 99.9% network uptime!
Any info on Obhosting.com, Dreamhost.com and Jumpline.com web hosting services?
What host can you advise?
What location should I choose?
 
Look for a minimum uptime of 99%. In fact, even 99% is actually too low - it really should be 99.5% or higher.
You can rely on hostdepot.com - it is well-known time-tested US web host. Price is less then market price compared to other hosts that offer the same features which is nice to know you're saving money!

I can't say anything about the mentioned companies but think of having a deal with time-tested ones like obhosting and a2hosting.
These companies are able to satisfy the needs of any discriminating webmaster with high uptime and their prices are low.
Just my two cents.

It can never be stressed to highly enough that nowadays, cheap web hosting plans does not necessarily mean poor quality and service.
 
It's true, many people aren't aware of how inexpensive web hosting is. The key is finding a web hosting company that can provide excellent customer support.
