I always use Rank Checker of SEO Book for bulk keywords rank checking. A slightly difference occurs but it is fine and really helpful.

Some of the tools mentioned in this thread a SEO tools which you need to pay for. I use most of the google tools which have been mentioned previously but also use a tool called seoprofiler. If you signup, and just use the free option you can find many facts about your competitors backlinks before you have to pay for anything.
