I reported 2 of the accounts in my friend list. They dint got removed.They both are posting weird pictures on my wall and every time i report that post facebook says they wont remove it because its against their terms of services. They both are my friends and the pictures got posted on their own. My friends doesn't even know about this. What is this ?

Why are you waiting for? Facebook has provided many securities. If you remove them from your friend list, easily unfriend them. As you said they are posting weird things, then just block them. After blocking they can't post on your wall even they can't see you as well.
