In regards to the opening question, my personal favorite food who have to be steak. To be specific I like a marbleized ribeye with melted butter on top and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. Since childhood I have always been fond of steak because of it's flavor, texture and that it reminds me of the good times I had with my family during the hot summer.
