What is SEO poisoning?
The process of exploiting the power of SEs with SEO tactics to spread virus and other harmful stuffs online, is called as SEO Poisoning. Cybercriminals create a fake website and use SEO process to get better position on Search Engines like Google for higher volume (traffic) keywords. For instance before Christmas they might create a website that sells Christmas Gifts, trees and decor items and attempt to get huge traffic via SEs (using SEO).
Although their ultimate aim might differ, in most cases it's to distribute malwares or identity theft. Major Search Engines like Google are currently working on combating "SEO Poisoning".
How to combat/be safe SEO Poisoning?
I would say the best way to fight is to understand some simple facts, what shows on Google is not necessarily correct, perfect and safe (at least not always), before giving your personal information online make sure the website you are visiting is trust worthy, never install any application from strange websites (at least use a proper antivirus to check if you have any doubt).

We cant stop this Google only will ban their websites by seeing their spam content and announced those are fake companies in the search engines.
