In reality Infographic has nothing to do directly with SEO, at least it should not be considered as just another SEO Submission (by the gods, lets save infographic contents from becoming spams).

Infographic contents are really useful for attracting traffic as well as to win natural backlinks, just add a point as long as due credit is given back these images can be used for free. This will surely attract bloggers to use your infographics along with a backlink to your website, a cool and way to get links (also risk free from Mr. Matt & Mr Google)....
