what is differnce between article submission and press submission ?

Article submission refers to submitting an article, may be about a product or service you provide or about the tips to use a product or anything that your business directly or indirectly relates to.
However, press submission is submitting the information or better say, news about your company, its events, its launch or about its CSR activities.
