What are the ways to Change IP?

I require expert's help in providing me any valuable information regarding the possible ways to Change IP
One of my friends recommended me to try whatismyip.live solutions?
Do you think a proxy server is the solution?
Alternatives?

If your trying to hide your real ip address then i would think a vpn would be best. Not sure what you need to do. If your trying to change you computer ip address you can try resetting your modem

There are several ways to change your IP address:

1) Restart your router or modem. This will cause your device to request a new IP address from your internet service provider.
2) Using a virtual private network (VPN) service to connect to the internet. This will mask your IP address with the IP address of the VPN server you are connected to.
3) Using a proxy server to connect to the internet. Similar to a VPN, a proxy server will mask your IP address with the IP address of the proxy server you are connected to.
4) Changing the network settings on your device. This can be done by going into the network settings on your device and manually entering a new IP address.
5) Contact your internet service provider and request a new IP address.
