I was discussing online reputation with a few colleagues recently, and we couldn't agree on which type of negative content has a bigger impact on trust.
On one hand, reviews are often the first thing customers check before making a decision. On the other hand, a negative news article can appear prominently in search results and may carry more perceived credibility.
