Is my understanding to Twitter correct ?
If no one is following you on twitter and you just make a tweet , Will others be able to see you tweet ?
Unless you are replying to any others tweet ?
Is it right ?

Heck, most new followers will find you through there anyway. So yes, your tweets can be seen. That doesn't mean they will be seen (although the same can be said even if you have followers)
