I have recently (about a year ago) taken over maintenance and administration of a website for a 501c I'm involved with. I'm doing okay keeping it updated and making small changes here and there, but I don't feel like a Webmaster. Can anyone suggest some good resources to get up to speed on PHP and Java (which this site uses a fair amount of)
