1) Google will start to rank mobile websites (AMP) in the SERPs by the end of the year.

2) Google now penalizes interstitials that prevents people from readily accessing page contents. Sample would be popups. Not all popups, btw. Those messy popups that tend to cover the page because of the intent to have people subscribe to their email letters. duh!

Right now there is two big change we see in SEO 2017 in google search engine, The reason behind this change is the introduction of possum algorithm and the update of new version of penguin which is penguin 4.0.
Possum give more accurate result in local SERP
and penguin 4.0 is more active for spam backlinks.
