I choose white hat S E O because it is the organic S E O which give the long term result. Black hat is not the genie process to get good ranking in the search engines it violets the rules of search engines better don't use this kind of techniques to get fast result.

I choose both! 
white hat give me long-term result. And black hat give me short-term result. I need both, so i choose both. But still have the boundary for black hat, there're some way i will never do.

Generally there are 2 types of seo techniques one is white hat seo and the other one is black hat seo. White hat seo follows the guidelines of google where as black hat seo does not follow the rules and guidelines of the google. By using white hat seo techniques you get organic results, if you use black hat seo techniques your website may get into spam.

I think it depends on what type of products you promote.
If it is a short-term product, u can use black hat seo to have tons of backlinks. But if ur web is for long-term, just use white hat and focus on power content.

I will choose white hate SEO because it have many pros:
Less likely to suffer from penalties so rankings can span long periods of time.
Ability to be open and honest about techniques used in all circles, mixed and otherwise.
Black hat SEO is aimed at manipulating search engines, rather than misleading users and most of time it is not always the best choice for a brand or business

White hat technique is in which we follow the guidelines of google, where as in Black hat technique we don't follow the guidelines of google.Black hat technique uses cloaking,keyword stuffing,hidden links,hidden texts etc to get more traffic to our website.
