From my experience, SaaS development is not just about writing code. It involves proper planning, scalable architecture, security, performance, and ongoing improvements based on user feedback.
Some key areas that seem especially important in SaaS projects:

1. Choosing the right tech stack for scalability
2. Multi-tenant architecture and data security
3. Clean UI and smooth user onboarding
4. Building an MVP without creating technical debt
5. Preparing the product for future integrations and growth

I’ve noticed many SaaS products struggle later because these things were rushed early on.
