Since 2020, we’ve all seen remote working become more than just a backup plan, it’s now a normal way of working for many. But nearly five years in, I’m wondering if the reality has matched the early enthusiasm.
Personally, I’ve found the flexibility great, but sometimes collaboration suffers. But back to the main question - has remote working lived up to your expectations? What’s been better than you expected, and what’s fallen short?
