Genuinely looking for advice from fellow business owners. We're at the point where our growth is starting to hurt us because we can't keep up with inbound calls. Hiring is on the table but my CFO wants me to explore automated options first since labor costs are climbing.
I came across Callacy AI while researching alternatives but I'm wary of jumping into something based on website claims alone. For those who chose automation over hiring during a growth phase, what factors actually drove your decision? And looking back, would you do the same thing again or hire a human?
I want to make this decision based on actual experiences from other owners, not vendor marketing. Any thoughts welcome
