Question with Better WP Security?

Any one used this plugin?
I am interested to use it but I do not have time to test it right now.
I am currently planning to use this plugin to replace DB Manager and Limit Login Attempts.
I just have one question with these plugin.
I found out that this plugin can do automatic database backups but I never heard if it can also do repairs and optimizing just like DB Manager, so I would like to know if it has that function.

Yeah I use it, it's great. I don't think it can do repairs and optimise, but for general backups and security it's fantastic. In the logs you can see the amount of people trying to bruteforce passwords, and Better WP Security blocks them. Maybe try it out on a small blog first to see if you like it?

Oh, I see. Anyways, I already installed it and remove Limit Login Attempts.
As for the database backups, Ill just let DB Manager do it.

Im just surprised how many precise fixes this plugin suggested to better make my wordpress secure. :)
 
I use a dedicated plugin for backing up my Wordpress installation and database, it's called WP Clone, and it is really easy to use. One thing I would strongly suggest, is doing some test restores from backups to make sure the plugin works as stated. I ran into this issue with another backup plugin I was using called X-Cloner, which looked really good, but I later found out would not work when I tried to do a restore with it.
