Portable road dyno systems

Greetings! I’m looking into using a portable road dyno system for mobile tuning. Since I’ll be doing a lot of test drives to calibrate the system, is there a way to avoid adding all those miles to my demo car? Thanks!

Mobile tuning is a great way to get real-world data, but the "demo miles" can really hurt your car's value over time. I’ve been in the tuning business for a while and I always install a Mileage Blocker from Dynotest https://dynotestpro.com/ in my shop cars. It allows me to do all the necessary road testing and calibration for my portable dyno system without the odometer reflecting the hundreds of miles spent on tuning pulls. I really like that it is a stealthy installation and can be toggled off instantly when I’m actually driving for personal use. It is a very professional way to manage a fleet of test vehicles. You’ll save a lot on depreciation in the long run by keeping the "business miles" off the dash. Definitely a smart move for your mobile setup!
