I am not sure where they host their servers. I know they off both windows and linux so that is good so you can choose what one you want. If you targeting one country then find servers located there if site is worldwide use any cheap server you like.
I use cheap servers located in countries that do not have Vat taxes. I also like servers that have no set up or upgrade fees.
