I thought I'd share my experience with Mind Vault after using it for about four weeks, since I couldn't find many detailed user discussions before purchasing it.
I originally bought it because I was looking for something to help me stay focused throughout the workday. My job requires a lot of reading, writing, and problem-solving, so mental fatigue becomes noticeable after several hours.
During the first week, I honestly didn't notice much difference. Around the second and third weeks, however, I felt like I was staying focused a little longer without needing as many breaks. I also found it easier to stay on task during long projects.
I wouldn't describe it as a dramatic change, but it seemed to provide steady support rather than an instant boost.
One thing I appreciated was that I didn't experience the jittery feeling I sometimes get from too much coffee. I continued drinking my normal amount of caffeine, eating healthy meals, and getting regular sleep, so it's difficult to know exactly how much of the improvement came from the supplement itself.
