Microsoft Data Centers In Iowa

Recently Microsoft have announced that they will be doing huge investments in Iowa by bringing billion of dollars worth data centers in Iowa. I was just wondering that what is so special about Iowa and why they are making huge investments their.

Till now I do not know any major data center in Iowa but I may be wrong. Do tell if any body know the reason behind Microsoft to bring its data centers in Iowa. Usually data centers are located in cities and states which are very well connected but I do not know if this is the case with Iowa.
 
I don't know the exact reason but my guess would be the tax breaks they would be offered by creating jobs in that area in return for paying lower taxes. Either that or they wanted a place close to a golf course so their executives have something to do :eek:
