Meta title and description not showing in search results

Please help me to know why my website title & description is not showing in google search result. Please help us to understand the issue.

Google sometimes updates the title tag for pages if it thinks it's more relevant to the user. Your pages title tag is a bit keyword-y and too long, so I'm not surprised Google rewrote it.

You have to update meta title & description tags in your website as well as allow Google to index it.
