Is there a way to make money with your twitter account.

I am not entirely sure that there was a way to make money from twitter except if you did marketing work through it. What I mean is, if you have a business of some sort, you can use twitter to get the word out regarding your product to get exposure. If you actually have your own website, there are ways by which you can link your twitter account to your website so that you can direct users to it. If there was any other way to generate money through twitter though, I would be glad to know about it.
 
It's very, very hard to make money with one account unless you're a celebrity or viral marketer or whatever. It's easier to make money with an army of Twitter accounts. If you don't know what I'm talking about, just search google for Twitter bots and Twitter marketing... it's a pretty saturated market.
 
You can, but I've never tried it. There are several websites that give you money per each link click that you get on Twitter that advertises something. A lot of Twitter users that have thousands and thousands of followers do that for easy money.
 
If you have lots of followers who are interested in what you have to say, then yes. Just find a program that you believe in and sell it to your followers. Just be sure that you are endorsing a legit product so they will not lose faith in you and so you don't lose a significant amount of followers. Even an Amazon affiliate link would make you good money if enough of your followers purchased an item you endorsed.

What is the use of a fake traffic and some fake tweets from your side, which hamper the actual purpose of the site?
The pay you get is not worth the time you invest, that is all I can say!
You are also hampering the quality of your tweets and thereby your account, if you have your friends and family following you!

There is many ways to make money with twitter accounts. First you need to develop a follower base I would get 1,000 or so followers please remember the more followers the better you do. Then head over to mylikes.com and start posting that stuff on your twitter account. If you pick interesting enough topics you should make fairly good money. I know people who make like 50 dollars a day off that on basically auto pilot.
 
If you have many subscribers than there are ways you can gain money from them. You could go to a website like sponsored tweet and make money for every tweet that you make towards a certain product. The more subscribers you have, the more you will make per tweet.
 
You can sell tweets to advertisers, pay2tweet.com is a service for that. Or else you can try mylikes.com which automatically tweets advertisements to your followers. Twitter isn't really a good revenue stream if you ask me.
 
I heard Kim Kardashian sells tweets on her Twitter account for $25,000 each, so yes there is money to be made from your Twitter accounts. You won't get nearly that much, but if you build up your followers you can sell your tweets too.
