I’ve been noticing a serious lag in our supply chain operations lately. We’re based in Riyadh, and while the market is booming, our internal logistics feel like they’re stuck in the 90s. Every time a shipment arrives, someone has to manually type the details into our "master" spreadsheet, which then has to be emailed to accounting. By the time everyone is on the same page, we’ve already lost two days of potential sales. I’m starting to think our "reliable" old methods are actually our biggest bottleneck. Has anyone found a way to automate this flow without a massive IT department?
