Is it legal to have two PayPal accounts?

I signed up for a business account to accept payments on my site, which is linked to my bank account in order to be verified. However, I can also use my credit card issued for the same account in order to sign up a second one for PayPal, which I can use as a personal one just for paying online. Is it actually legal to possess two separate accounts under the same name?

I know you can sign up with two different bank accounts, and that you can't use a payment method at more than one.

According to their policies as far as I know you can keep 1 business & 1 personal paypal account, being one person total two accounts

I'm not sure what's in the above post, but you are allowed to have one business and one personal PayPal account.
