Go to the oracle site and download it. To save you the trouble of googling it i have added a link for you to click on:

Just choose which Java Development Kit you want and then install it (choose the one for windows, not linux or mac OS)

As mentioned before, the easiest way is just to download the executable from the Oracle website, which has already been mentioned. As side note, it will update itself, so it's a one time download, install, and it will practically do the rest itself, with the possible exception of UAC popups, which I'm sure you know now to take care of.

Instead of looking the solution here I think you have to find this on YouTube. As we all know visuals are give effect more than the simple writing text. And there is so many video tutorial available which are exactly addressing the same information you are looking for. Hope this will helps you more better..
