You can get code from facebook page & insert it in website through "header & footer" WordPress plugins.

Go to Events Manager.
Select the pixel you want to set up.
Click Continue pixel setup.
Select Install code manually.
Copy the pixel base code.
Find the header of your website or locate the header template in your CMS or web platform.

Select the pixel you want to set up.

They also want you to add its base code between the opening and closing <head> tags on every page you are tracking

Navigate to your website in the Chrome browser, and click on the Pixel Helper icon. The popup will tell what Pixels were found on the webpage, and whether they have loaded successfully.
