How to Improve my English Skills?

I am not saying that i am very poor in English. But yes Not that bad too.
All what I've learned and know right now is basically from just watching Tv shows and school a little. But now.. I feel like I've stopped.
I mean not learning more from Tv shows. No new words or Phrases. How should i improve my English skills ?

Make use of dictionary regularly and read english newspaper and watch english news, movies, conversation etc. it help to improve your english language.
