how to fix URL errors..?

You can fix URL structure from WordPress permalink in setting tab.

Without knowing the errors how can we fix errors? or suggest anything?
The HTTP 404 Not Found Error means that the webpage you were trying to reach could not be found on the server. It is a Client-side Error which means that either the page has been removed or moved and the URL was not changed accordingly, or that you typed in the URL incorrectly.

1. Manually Register Url.dll Using Microsoft Register Server.
2. Repair Invalid Url.dll Registry Entries.

First diagnose the URL error then start working on it. For permalink setting there are many options adjust anyone of them.
