You should locate the air vents and remove the dust from it. If there is no dust in the vents then it is possible that you have a virus that is putting an excessive load on your CPU. You can check this by looking at the processes and seeing if there is anything running close to 100%.

2. use cool pad every time at the bottom of laptop. It will helpful to cool it side by side.

I actually use a leaf blower to clean my computers. Dust accumulates in them. Also shut it off for awhile and take a short walk which is good for your health ... and soul.
