By default, all links are dofollow links unless they are modified with the rel=nofollow attribute.

Move your cursor to the link and then right click on the link. Nowinspect element option will be shown in the bottom.

Use Google Chrome extension named Nofollow to check the link is no-follow or not. Or you can check through source code for SEO purpose.
