How much water should One drink ?

Drinking lots and lots of water is very beneficial. It removes many diseases from ones body and also help in reducing weight. Drink at least 4-5 litres of water in a day.
 
We should drink 8 to 10 glass of water in a day because water increases Energy & Relieves Fatigue, Boosts Immune System .It definitely reduce weight because it removes by-products of fat, reduces eating intake, reduces hunger, raises your metabolism and has zero calories
