How can I use YouTube for my business?

I have successful Facebook fan page and i can get some new customers through Facebook ads. I know YouTube is another great social media site and I want to make my business viral on YouTube. How can I make this happened?
 
To make your business viral on YouTube, you should create a compelling video. And upload the video to YouTube with right Title and Description. Share Your posted video on other social media sites with your friends to get initial views, comments and likes for your video.
 
(1) Upload your ads
(2) Upload tutorial videos which can be useful to your target audience.

They will help in branding more than sales. But as we know, branding leads to sales, its worth to get active on youtube.

What SkyyCreaTech and rustycatter said are great suggestions. Tutorials help demonstrate your knowledge, and your willingness to help the customer. Adding a bumper at the end and/or beginning of the video will be the advertisement for your name and website/facebook page, etc.

I'd probably wear a shirt or place some kind of signage promoting the business within the video as well to help embed the company name in the viewer's mind.
 
Using Youtube For Increasing Website Traffic

You have to create a channel which will contain all video tutorials related to your website, these videos should be high quality. There is also an important thing which is linking your website to your Youtube channel by adding a Youtube button in your site.
 
That's easy. Do you have a video camera handy? Plus video editing software? You do? Good. Then start shooting videos of your business activity, whatever that is. Shoot a lot more than you think you need. Then put it all together into something comprehensible. Release that on Youtube. That's your first try. Evaluate the responses. Note what makes people interested. Shoot some more video. Edit again to highlight the things which makes people watch your first video. Release version 2 on Youtube. Keep on repeating until you get it right.
 
You should make (quality) videos of your website/business activities then upload it on YouTube. Observe what will happen then take the next step.

Well, I guess this is a old taggie method which is apply to promote website. We have to move on and know recently out come methods and it's effectiveness. Anybody here know the recent methods to promote business through YouTube.
 
In today's time every business using internet power, pondamanu, as you mentioned in your post that you are getting great conversion from facebook, so in a same way, you can use youtube to get good conversion, You can make your brand viral whether by display Video ads on youtube using your campaigns, or by making small and attractive videos with useful information.
Youtube promotional ads are cheaper than facebook ads.
 
If you are representing a company, then it is better to invest in some high quality digital camera equipment because video quality is going to be a huge factor in how many people watch the video, the second thing to do is create compelling content, the best way to do that is to address the specific needs of a niche audience.
