Hosting a forum in Pakistan. Any good hosts?

Hi,
I am going to host a big forum and need to find a good web hosting account.
What are your views on HostingWalay.pk VPS hosting solutions? Uptime, features, bonuses?
Are they the hosting providers I can rely on? What host is better? Why?

I like that they have no set up free so that is good. Not sure how good electric is over there so uptime would be a concern. You can host forum any place you like not just in Pakistan.

Just make sure the hosting you choose has backup for electric and multiple internet lines from different companies so no problems for uptime. I would register domain name for more than 1 year and use a cheap hosting company that does not charge vat taxes.

Support has to be one of the best around. You can get someone on the line almost immediately.
