Google Panda?

Google is giving priority to the sites which having good quality content. Google hate sites having content which is simply created for rank higher in search results like duplicate content, stuffing keywords etc. Google panda restricting these options because google panda giving penalty to those sites which don not having unique quality content.
 
Google Panda is a change to Google's search results ranking algorithm that was first released in February 2011. The change aimed to lower the rank of "low-quality sites" or "thin sites", and return higher-quality sites near the top of the search results.
 
The very first Google Panda update, dubbed as the Farmer update, was released on February 24, 2011. This update marked the biggest change Google had ever made in its search algorithm, and this update decreased the traffic of websites by as much as 80 percent.
 
Google Panda updates specifically Google's continual efforts to elevate high-quality sites and web pages to the top of the organic search results while lowering, or penalizing, the rank of lower-quality or "thin' web sites and pages, particularly those sites that display a large amount of advertising without much in terms of high-quality content.
