To generalizing the term of good food for leading a healthy life is basically, the food which is having a right balance of calories which a human body requires to keep up and running for the whole day. Normally, men requires intake of 2,500 kcal to sustain it's weight. Whereas, women requires 2,000 kcal. Following are some of the foods that one might ideally consider as a daily dose of healthy diet:

For breakfast: Fruits such as bananas, oranges, apples etc. Oats along with the glass of milk.

For Lunch: Anything in veggies like eggplant, lettuce, sprouts which are good in fibre.

For evening brunch: small amount of groundnut, walnut, cashew nut would be great.

For dinner: Kidney beans, lentils etc.
 
Fast food often gets a bad name, but it doesn’t always have to be unhealthy.
