Initially i was using Mozilla Firefox and was happy with it, but later i discovered sometimes it is showing plugins problem, slow page load and sometimes i was getting unexpected ads( popup kind of), i don't know why and how it happened? but i switched to google chrome and i am very much happy. so my vote will go for google chrome.
Are you talking about internet browsers or apps to browse the forums?
If you're talking about internet browsers I've always used Chrome, it has its fair share of stutters on certain "unoptimised" websites but for the most part it works just fine.
If you're talking about apps to browse mobile nations forums, I used to use Tapatalk(stutters a lot) and eventually moved to the Android Central Forums application, which is extremely smooth.
