European Web Hosting Recommendations?

Hello,
decided to ask forum members if they know any good EU web host. Also need fresh discount codes.
I have found out that NetShop-isp.com.cy has servers in Europe and this what I need.
The only thing I am worrying about is the reliability on this hosting provider.

Will it be worth to deal with them? Do they offer any discounts? Alternatives for comparison?

Ask the hosting provider how often have they faced downtime in past.

Well, my experience with Netshop-isp.com.cy has been nothing but superb. Server uptime 99.99% and support i rarely use it since i am a webmaster.
