Does Yahoo Have Webmaster Tools Like Google

I am just curious to know if there exist any webmaster tools for Yahoo similar to Google webmaster tools. I want to optimize a website on Yahoo and want to see what backlinks and other website data is Yahoo search engine looking at to boost rankings at yahoo.
 
I would like to know the answer to this as well. I haven't seen any of those tools myself. I keep coming across their Web hosting packages and am a bit interested in them. Although they do cost a little more than some Web hosts, I imagine that they would offer very reliable Web hosting.

I had their web hosting years ago (before I knew much about creating websites) and I did not like them then. I really cannot remember why as this was maybe 8 years ago. But to be fair, it was also my first experience with any hosting. They could be different and better now, but I am not sure and I would choose other hosting myself. I also never hear of people suggesting them either.
 
yahoo is merged with bing and bing does have this tool, you can use that. This is edited line to above comment because i tried to edit above but the option to save is not working, i even tried to delete the comment but that one is not working either.
