Does My Company Site Need to Be Responsive?

I have an older design, i have been told to make my website responsive? Does it affect my SEO if I dont? I dont like to change much, i still drive the car i bought 20 years ago.

The rank of your site on google in mobile device is different from the rank in PC-Laptop. If your site is designed with responsive, it will be advantage SEO in mobile device.
