I use Wordpress on a self hosted site for my blogs. I believe Blogger is quite Wordpress-like in use though.

When updating wordpress version was still a pain in the ass, I move to blogger because I don't want to configure every time I have to update. But when I knew that wordpress is easier because of their newer version, I move back. ITs also because blogger deleted one of my tech blog which I tried developed over months.

I also have a blog and it was deleted too

I use both, I have a few blogs on Blogger and I also have a self hosted Wordpress blog. I really like them both, but as I am learning Wordpress a little more I am finding that there are a lot more things you can do with it over Blogger.
